![]() ![]() Before going away, he promised Reilly that he would come back, to make her pay back for her betrayal. So when Reilly spilled his secrets (with good intention), Hunter was hurt and pissed. ![]() I can’t tell you what exactly goes down, because that would be a spoiler.īefore all that happened, both Hunter and Reilly were in pre-dating phase. But Reilly’s intention was good, she wanted to protect Hunter. But something happened, and Reilly’s protective instinct awakened, and she ended up telling Hunter’s secret to her mom which cause Hunter to loose everything and he has to go away. There was some secret of Hunter’s which Reilly had promised him to kept it to herself. From there they interacted and bonded well. She met him on the bridge near her house. The story is about a nerd name Reilly Bishop, she met Hunter Maxwell, when she was in her 8th Grade in High School. Please do read the other books of Sam Mariano Untouchable by Sam Mariano and Morelli Family Series:-, because I’m gonna compare their respective Heroes with Hunter Maxwell (the Hero of this book) This story kept me on my toes through out.īefore tell you about this story and the plot. There isn’t any part of this book that I did not find interesting. ![]() It really gets me out of my comfort zone. And like with other Sam Mariano’s books, I’d finished this book in one sitting. And I’m not surprised that I loved this book. Oh how it has been so long since I’d read Sam Mariano’s twisted and intense love stories. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() He figures out that this is the work of the Illuminati, a secret group dating back to the Renaissance, who seek revenge for the Vatican wiping out many of them in the 16th century for their pro-science, anti-Catholic views. Despite reservations about Robert Langdon (Tom Hanks, hardly pro-Catholicism in Da Vinci) the Vatican consults him. In the run up to the Cardinals' voting in Conclave for a new Pope, four of them are kidnapped. So to Angels And Demons (where I haven't read the book). The movie adaptation was faithful, but lost the novel's immediacy: it still had broad appeal and did well at the box office, hence this sequel. While Da Vinci was hardly deathless prose, it told an interesting, unusual story at breakneck pace in an easy-to-follow manner. ![]() Angels And Demons,(the movie) is a vague sequel (albeit the book precedes the Da Vinci book). First I must comment on The Da Vinci Code phenomenon. I usually try not to spoiler: in this case I shall do so wholeheartedly. ![]() |
